Anxiety Treatment

Sometimes anxiety can also include panic attacks. Your symptoms may have begun in childhood or teen years, though you may not have known what it was. Living with anxiety is exhausting. It can also create a pattern of avoiding things that may trigger the anxiety, which actually causes an increased awareness of the symptoms and keeps you from living your life.
